Dear Sir/Madam,
The Siem Reap Water Supply Authority (SRWSA) is implementing the Sustainable Water Supply in Siem Reap (SWSSR) Project, financed by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) through a sovereign loan and an AFD-administered European Union (EU) grant.
SRWSA hereby invites eligible consulting firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following consulting assignment:
Consultancy Services for Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement Assistance, Construction Supervision, and Reporting Services
Interested consulting firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest demonstrating their qualifications and experience in providing consulting services of a similar nature and complexity.
The attached Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) provides detailed information regarding the background of the project, scope of services, eligibility requirements, qualification and evaluation criteria, submission requirements, and instructions for preparing and submitting the ΕΟΙ.
Expressions of Interest shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in the REOI and must be received no later than 4:00 PM (Cambodia time) on 30 September 2026.
